Professional Development Overview

SCI believes a formal Professional Development Program is critical to employee success. Professional Development Plans lay out career objectives and the path an employee should take in order to achieve those objectives. Professional Development Plans set clear expectations between an employee and his/her manager ensuring job satisfaction and positive work environments.
