What is ITS-EPA II?
Vehicle for the acquisition of innovative, agile, scalable cost effective solutions to assist in the provisioning of quality IT services to meet the increasing IT business requirements of the Agency for the Office of Environmental Information (OEI).
Will SCI be hiring?

Why establish ITS-EPA II?
EPA requires comprehensive solutions that: are based on an understanding of their current IT environment, their Agency mission and business issues and opportunities; provides the scope and breadth of services that are responsive to the present and future needs of the EPA user community; ensures products and services delivered are tangible and provide meaningful business benefits; work collaboratively with other contractors, government agencies and business partners and ensures project(s) success; and, allows OEI to offer a wide variety of competitively priced services and share the risk and responsibilities of joint implementations and initiatives.
What is included in ITS-EPA II?
Under this vehicle, SCI is able to furnish the necessary personnel, materials, equipment, Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and system software, telecommunication, facilities and related services required to deliver EPA services. See ITS-EPA Scope for more information.
Since the pace of change in the information technology and telecommunications marketplace makes it impossible to fully anticipate how individual EPA requirements will evolve over the life of this contract, SCI and the other BPA holders are incorporating innovative and emerging technologies that improve infrastructure and mission performance in the most economical and efficient manner.
